This fixed price document pack provides the relevant documents to assign (ie transfer) the lender's rights to receive debt payments.  It is appropriate for both corporate and individual assignors and assignees.

Please note:  it is not suitable for transferring the obligation to pay the debt which cannot be done without a new loan being created between the lender and the replacement borrower.
